1995 50th Anniversary of VP Day.

The end of the war in the Pacific came unexpectedly, after two atomic bombs were dropped on Japanese cities. Japan surrendered on 15th August 1945.
These 5 stamps were issued to commemorate the allied Victory in the Pacific.
