1907 AP 10 Rialto Melbourne Numeral 1977 to California USA, 8d Paid 1½d Foreign Post card rate & 6d Late mail fee for being posted at G.P.O.Rialto after 3pm. The 6d Late Fee was for overseas mail only including Post cards. ½d overpayment.
A very rare survivor for this rate.

Item does have a fine bend through the middle and small crease next to it.
